Es kann, je nach Art des Gebäcks, auf
bis zu 2 Blechen gleichzeitig gebacken
werden. Dabei die Einschubhöhe 1
und 3 wählen. Es gibt keine Probleme
mit den unterschiedlichsten Arten von
Back- und Bratgeschirr.
Achtung!
Mit Heißluft kann eine um 20 30° C
niedrigere Temperatureinstellung
gewählt werden, vergleichbar zur Ober-
und Unterhitze.
Grundsätzlich ergibt die niedrigere
Temperatur eine gleichmäßigere
Bräunung.
Abschrägung des Backbleches immer
zur Backofentür.
Backbleche immer bis zum Anschlag
einschieben.
Backformen immer auf die Mitte des
Rostes stellen.
Für Kuchen in Formen:
Einschubhöhe 1.
Für Flachkuchen, Obstkuchen,
Kleingebäck, Pizza und dgl.:
Einschubhöhe 1.
2 Bleche:
Einschubhöhe 1 + 3.
