Asar con bandeja de agua
Al asar con la bandeja de agua la carne asada queda
más jugosa gracias al vapor de agua ascendente.
1. Retirar la parrilla y levantar el elemento calefactor.
Sacar el contenedor de piedras de lava del
aparato.
2. Introducir 2,5 l de agua en el contenedor del grill
hasta la marca superior.
3. Bajar el elemento calefactor, colocar la parrilla.
4. Precalentar el grill durante aprox. 8-12 minutos al
nivel máximo. Luego se puede colocar el
alimento para asar. Ajuste el nivel según la tabla.
Añadir más agua Durante el asado preste atención al nivel de agua en
el contenedor del grill. Si es necesario, añada más
agua hasta la marca superior.
Cuidado, ¡peligro de escaldadura! Si durante el
ṇ rellenado cae agua sobre la parrilla caliente o el
elemento calefactor, se generará vapor de agua.
Purgar el agua ¡Si el agua estuviese todavía caliente durante el
purgado, añada primero agua fría para enfriarla!
Para purgar el agua coloque un recipiente resistente
al calor bajo el grifo de salida. Abra el grifo girando la
palanca 90° hacia abajo. A continuación cierre el
grifo girando la palanca hacia arriba hasta el tope.
