Consejos de cocinado
Los tiempos de cocción de las cremas y legumbres
pueden reducirse utilizando una olla a presión. Si
utiliza una olla a presión siga las instrucciones del
fabricante.
Utilizando tapa para la cocción de arroz y patata se
reduce significativamente el tiempo de cocción.
Para las frituras se debe precalentar el aceite. Una
vez iniciada la fritura del alimento, mantenga la
temperatura constante ajustando la potencia si es
necesario. Deje recuperar la temperatura del aceite
entre diferentes lotes y dé vuelta a los alimentos
frecuentemente.
