Ingredientes
1 c/ chá manteiga ou margarina para untar a forma
200 g manteiga
200 g açúcar
3 ovos
200 g farinha
1 c/ chá mal cheia de fermento
1 copo gingas (350 g)
Preparação
1. 1. Unte a forma.
2. Deixe a manteiga amolecer numa tigela.

3. Adicione o açúcar e mexa até ficar completamente
dissolvido. Misture a farinha com o fermento e vá
juntando às colheres.
4. Escorra as ginjas com um passador.
5. Encha a forma com a massa. Espalhe uniformemente
as ginjas por cima da massa. Coloque o bolo sobre a
grelha baixa com um saucer no meio e deixe cozer
com o programa automático AC-5 para bolos. (A
receita resulta em cerca de 1,1 kg.)

Ingredientes
4 pãezinhos duros (160 g)
375 ml leite
60 g manteiga ou margarina
8 c/ sopa açúcar (80 g)
4 gemas
1 c/ sopa farinha
30 g amêndoas laminadas
raspa de um limão
4 claras
1 c/ chá manteiga ou margarina para untar a forma
500 g ginjas sem caroço
2 c/ chá grãos de sémola
1 c/ chá manteiga ou margarina
Preparação
1. Corte os pãezinhos em pedaços e ensope-os no
leite.
2. Bata à mão a manteiga, o açúcar e as gemas, até
fazer um crème. Junte a farinha, as amêndoas, a
raspa de limão e os pedaços de pão embebidos em
leite e mexa.
3. Bata as claras e junte aos poucos.
4. Unte a forma. Encha a forma alternadamente com a
massa de pão e com as cerejas escorridas. A primeira
camada é de massa.
5. Polvilhe a tarte com os grãos de sémola e
acompanhe com bocadinhos de manteiga. Deixe
cozinhar sobre a grelha baixa.
23-26 mn 450W + 200˚ C
Deixe repousar a tarte cerca de 5-10 minutos depois
do tempo de cozedura.
