Gratinado de bróculos e batatas com
cogumelos
Broccoli-Kartoffelauflauf mit Champignons

Ingredientes
350 g batata, descascadas e cortadas às metades
350 g bróculos, aos talos
6 c/ sopa água (60 ml)
1 c/ chá manteiga ou margarina para untar a forma
350 g cogumelos laminados
1 c/ chá salsa picada
sal e pimenta
3 ovos
120 ml natas
120 ml leite
sal
pimenta
nóz-moscada
80 g queijo Gouda ralado
Preparação
1. 1. Deite as batatas e os bróculos na tigela. Adicione
a água, tape e deixe cozinhar. Mexa uma vez
durante o tempo de cozedura.
11-13 mn 900 W
2. Corte as batatas aos palitos.
3. Unte a forma de empadão. Disponha
alternadamente em camadas os bróculos, os
cogumelos e as batatas. Polvilhe com salsa e
tempere com sal e pimenta.
4. Mexa os ovos com o líquido e com as especiarias e
regue os legumes. Polvilhe o gratinado com queijo e
deixe cozinhar. Deixe cozer com o programa
automático AC-4 para empadões. (A receita resulta
em cerca de 1,5 kg.)

Deixe o gratinado repousar cerca de 10 minutos
depois da cozedura.

Zucchini-Nudel-Auflauf
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 41-44 minutos
Utensílios: tigela com tampa (capacidade 2 l)

Ingredientes
500 ml água
_ c/ chá óleo
80 g macarrão
400 g tomates enlatados, cortados
3 cebolas (150 g), picadas finamente
manjericão, tomilho, sal e pimenta
1 c/ sopa óleo para untar a forma
450 g courgettes, às rodelas
150 g natas para culinária
2 ovos
100 g queijo Cheddar ralado
Preparação
1. Coloque a água, o óleo e o sal numa tigela, tape e
deixe ferver.
3-4 mn 900 W
2. Parta o macarrão em pedaços pequenos, adicione à
água a ferver, mexa e deixe o macarrão inchar.
9-11 mn 270 W
Escorra a massa e deixe arrefecer.
3. Misture os tomates e as cebolas e tempere bem.
Unte a forma. Coloque a massa dentro e cubra com
o molho de tomate. Por cima do preparado coloque
as rodelas de courgette.
4. Bata as natas com os ovos e espalhe por cima do
preparado. Polvilhe com o queijo ralado e deixe o
gratinado cozinhar. Deixe cozer com o programa
automático para empadões AC-4. (A receita resulta
em cerca de 1,5 kg.)

Deixe repousar durante 5 a 10 minutos depois de
cozinhar.
