Pêras com chocolate
Poires au chocolat
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 8-14 minutos
Utensílios: tigela com tampa (capacidade 2 l)

Ingredientes
4 pêras
60 g açúcar
1pac. açúcar baunilhado
1 c/ sopa licor de pêra, 30 % vol.
150 ml água
130 g chocolate para culinária
100 g natas (crème fraîche)
Preparação
1. Descasque as pêras inteiras.
2. Coloque o açúcar, o açúcar baunilhado, o licor e a
água na tigela, mexa e aqueça com a tampa.
1-2 mn 900 W
3. Coloque as pêras neste líquido e deixe cozinhar com
tampa.
6-10 mn 900 W
Tire as pêras da fervura e deixe-as arrefecer.
4. Coloque 50 ml do líquido na tigela mais pequena.
Misture o chocolate aos bocadinhos e as natas e
deixe aquecer com a tampa.
1-2 mn 900 W
5. Mexa bem o molho, deite-o por cima das pêras e
sirva.
Sugestão:
Também pode acrescentar uma bola de gelado de
baunilha.

Chocolate com natas
Schokolade mit Schlagobers (para 1 pessoa)
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 1 minute
Utensílios: chávena grande (capacidade 200 ml)
Ingredientes
150 ml leite
30 g chocolate para culinária, ralado
30 ml natas
chocolate em pó
Preparação
1. Deite o leite na chávena. Adicione o chocolate ao
leite, mexa e aqueça. Mexa várias vezes durante a
cozedura.

2. Bata as natas até ficarem consistentes, coloque em
cima do chocolate, decore com chocolate em pó e
sirva.

Ingredientes
500 ml vinho branco
500 ml vinho tinto, seco
500 ml rum, 54% vol.
1 laranja
3 pau de canela
75 g açúcar
10 c/ chá açúcar cândi
Preparação
1. Deite as bebidas alcoólicas na tigela. Descasque a
laranja, tirando uma camada fina da casca. Junte-a
com a canela e o açúcar e adicione às bebidas. Tape
e deixe aquecer a bebida de fogo.
8-10 mn 900 W
2. Retire a casca de laranja e o pau de canela. Coloque
uma colher de chá de açúcar cândi nos copos para o
efeito, deite a bebida de fogo e sirva.
