Flammeri de sémola com molho de
framboesa
Grießflammeri mit Himbeersauce
Tempo de cozedura total: ca 15-20 minutos
Utensílios: tigela com tampa (capacidade 2 l)
Ingredientes
500 ml leite
40 g açúcar
15 g amêndoas moídas
50 g sémola
1 gema
1 c/ sopa água
1 clara
250 g framboesas
50 ml água
40 g açúcar
Preparação
1. Junte o leite, o açúcar e as amêndoas na tigela, tape
e aqueça.
3-5 mn 900 W
2. Adicione a sémola, mexa, tape e deixe cozinhar.
Mexa uma vez durante a cozedura.
10-12 mn 270 W
3. Misture a gema com a água numa chávena e junte à
mistura quente, mexendo. Bata as claras em castelo
e junte, envolvendo. Vase o flammeri de sémola para
uma taça.
4. Para o molho: lave as framboesas e seque
cuidadosamente. Misture a água com o espessante e
deite numa tigela, juntamente com os frutos e o
açúcar. Tape e aqueça. Mexa durante a cozedura e
no fim.

5. Faça um puré de framboesas e sirva quente ou frio
com o flammeri de sémola.

Arroz de pistácio com morangos
Pistaschris med zordgubbe
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 23-30 minutos
Utensílios: tigela com tampa (capacidade 2 l)
Ingredientes
125 g arroz extra longo integral
150 ml leite
175 ml água
1 vagem de baunilha
1 pitada de sal
50 g açúcar
250 g morangos
40 g açúcar
40 ml Cointreau (licor de laranja, 40 % vol.)
200 ml natas
1 clara
50 g miolo de pistácio
Preparação
1. Coloque o arroz na tigela e encha com o líquido.
Corte a vagem de baunilha, adicione o sal e o
açúcar ao arroz, tape e deixe cozinhar. Mexa uma
vez durante a cozedura.
1. 3-5 mn 900 W
2. 20-25 mn 270 W
Deixe o arroz repousar cerca de 5 minutos após a
cozedura.
2. Corte os morangos ao meio e misture com açúcar e
licor de laranja.
3. Retire a vagem de baunilha do arroz e deixe-o
arrefecer em banho-maria, enquanto vai mexendo.
Bata as natas e as claras em castelo separadamente.
Junte ao arroz frio em primeiro lugar os pistácios,
depois as natas e por último as claras.
4. Sirva o arroz numa tigela grande, abra uma
cavidade e coloque os morangos nessa cavidade.
