Soufflé de Calabacines y Pastas
Zucchini-Nudel-Auflauf
Tiempo total de cocción: unos 35 a 42 minutos
Vajilla: fuente con tapa (volumen: 2 l)
molde para soufflés
(unos 26 cm de longitud)
Ingredientes
500 ml de agua
1/2 Ctda. de aceite
sal
80 g de macarrones
400 g de tomates de conserva, cortados en trocitos
3 cebollas (150 g), bien picadas
albahaca, tomillo, sal, pimienta
1 CuSop aceite para untar el molde
450 g de calabacines cortados en rodajas
150 g de nata (crème fraîche)
2 huevos
100 g de queso ‘Cheddar’ rallado
Preparación
1. Poner el agua, el aceite y la sal en la fuente y hervir
con la tapa puesta.
3 a 4 min. 100 %
2. Romper los macarrones en trozos, añadirlos, remover
y dejar en remojo.
9 a 11 min. 30 %
Escurrir las pastas y dejar enfriar.
3. Mezclar los tomates con las cebollas y condimentar
bien. Untar el molde para soufflés. Echar los
macarrones y verter la salsa de tomates encima. Los
calabacines en rodajas se distribuyen encima.
4. Batir la nata con los huevos y verter la mezcla sobre
el soufflé. Distribuir el queso rallado encima y cocer
en la parrilla inferior.

2. 7 a 9 min. 70 %
Terminada la cocción, dejar reposar el soufflé por
unos 5 a 10 minutos.

Albondigas de Panecillos
Semmelknödel (5 albondigas)
Tiempo total de cocción: 8 a 11minuten
Vajilla: fuente con tapa (1 l Inhalt)
5 tazas o moldecitos de flan
Ingredientes
2 CuSop de mantequilla o margarina (20 g)
1 cebolla (50 g) bien picada
ca. 500 ml de leche
200 g de panecillos reposados cortados en dados
(de unos 5 panecillos)
3 huevos
Preparación
1. Distribuir la mantequilla en el fondo de una fuente,
agregar la cebolla, tapar y rehogar.
2. Trocear el panecillo en taquitos, rociar con la leche y
dejar 10 minutos a reposar. Batir los huevos.
1 a 2 min. 100 %
3. Revolver bien las cebollas, los huevos y los panecillos
hasta forma una masa blands.
4. Repartir la masa en las 5 tazas o moldecitos, cubrir
con lámina para microondas, disponer cerca del
borde del plato giratorio del horno y cocer.
6 a 8 min. 100 %
Terminada la cocción, hacer reposer las albóndigas
por unos dos minutos. Antes de servirlas, desmoldear
las albóndigas sobre un plato.
