Piroggen de Ricotta

Ingredientes
250 g de harina
1/2 Ctda. bakpoeder
50 g de mantequilla o margarina
1/2 Ctda. sal
1 huevo
90 ml crema agria
40 g de queso Parmesano rallado
175 g de queso Ricotta
1 huevo pequeño
sal, pimienta
a untar
1 yema huevo
1 CuSop de leche
Preparación
1. Mezcle la harina de trigo, el polvo de hornear, la
margarina, la sal, el huevo y la crema agria hasta que
forme una masa firme. Déjela reposar por una hora
en el refrigerador.
2. Bata juntos el queso Parmesano, el queso Ricotta y el
huevo. Sazone con sal y pimienta.
3. Con un rodillo, extienda la masa en una superficie
enharinada hasta que tenga un espesor de 3mm.
Corte círculos de aproximadamente 10cm de
diámetro. Ponga una cucharadita de la mezcla de
quesos en el medio de cada círculo.
4. Bata la yema de huevo y la leche, y unte esta mezcla
en los bordes de los círculos. Doble los círculos para
quermen semic1rculos. Presione los bordes con un
tenedor y vierta encima el resto de la leche y yema de
huevo.
5. Ubique el Piroggen en el plato giratorio y cocínelo.

50 ml de leche
50 ml agua
1 huevo
50 g cebollas picadas
1 CuSop mostaza
sal, pimienta, pimentón en polvo (paprika)
Preparación
1. Mezcle los ingredientes hasta que formen una masa
firme.
2. Forme unas 8 bolitas de carne. Pónga las albóndigas
en el plato giratorio y cocine.
7 a 9 min. 50 %
3. Voltée las albóndigas
4 a 6 min.

Croque Monsieur
Tiempo de cocción: aproximadamente 6 minutos
Ingredientes
2 rebanadas de pan tostado
20 g mantequilla
1 a 2 rebanadas de queso procesado
1 rebanada de jamón
1 CuSop nata (créme fraîche)
30 g queso rallado
Preparación
1. Unte la mantequilla en una rebanada de pan tostado.
2. Ponga el queso procesado y el jamón en el pan. Unte
la nata (crème fraîche) en el jamón y cubre con la
segunda rebanada de pan tostado.
3. Cúbrelo con el queso rallado, ubique el croque en el
plato giratorio y cocínelo.
