FLAMMERI DE SÉMOLA COM MOLHO DE
FRAMBOESA
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 15-20 minutos
Utensílios: tigela com tampa (capacidade 2 l)
Ingredientes:
500 ml leite
40 g açúcar
15 g amêndoas moídas
50 g sêmola
1 gema
1 c/ sopa água
1 clara
250 g framboesas
50 ml água
40 g açúcar
1. Junte o leite, o açúcar e as amêndoas na tigela,
tape e aqueça.
3-5 min. 900 W
2. Adicione a sêmola, mexa, tape e deixe cozinhar.
Mexa uma vez durante a cozedura.
10-12 min. 270 W
3. Misture a gema com a água numa chávena e
junte à mistura quente, mexendo. Bata as claras
em castelo e junte, envolvendo. Verta o flammeri
de sêmola para uma taça.
4. Para o molho: lave as framboesas e seque
cuidadosamente, coloque-as numa tigela juntamente
com a água e o açúcar. Tape e aqueça.
2-3 min. 900 W
5. Faça um puré de framboesas e sirva quente ou
frio com o flammeri de sêmola.

PÊRAS COM CHOCOLATE
Poires au chocolat
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 8-14 minutos
Utensílios: tigela com tampa (capacidade 2 l)

Ingredientes:
4 pêras (500 g)
60 g açúcar
1 pac. açúcar baunilhado (10 g)
1 c/ sopa licor de pêra, 30 % vol.
150 ml água
130 g chocolate para culinária
100 g natas (crème fraîche
Sugestão: Também pode acrescentar uma bola
de gelado de baunilha.
1. Descasque as pêras inteiras.
2. Coloque o açúcar, o açúcar baunilhado, o licor
e a água na tigela, mexa e aqueça com a
tampa.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Coloque as pêras neste líquido e deixe cozinhar
com tampa.
6-10 min. 900 W
Tire as pêras da fervura e deixe- as arrefecer.
4. Coloque 50 ml do líquido na tigela mais pequena.
Misture o chocolate aos bocadinhos e as natas e
deixe aquecer com a tampa.
1-2 min. 900 W
5. Mexa bem o molho, deite-o por cima das pêras
e sirva.

Schokolade mit Schlagobers (para 1 pessoa)

Utensílios: chávena grande (capacidade 200 ml)
Ingredientes:
150 ml leite
30 g chocolate para culinária, ralado
30 ml natas
chocolate em pó
1. Deite o leite na chávena. Adicione o chocolate
ao leite, mexa e aqueça. Mexa várias vezes
durante a cozedura.
aprox. 1 min. 900 W
2. Bata as natas até ficarem consistentes, coloque
em cima do chocolate, decore com chocolate
em pó e sirva.
