FILETES DE LINGUADO
Filets de sole (para 2 porções).
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 12-14 minutos
Utensílios: forma de empadão oval e rasa com t
tampa (aprox. 26 cm comprimento)
Ingredientes:
400 g filetes de linguado
1 limão
2 tomates (150 g)
1 c/ chá manteiga ou margarina para untar a
forma
1 c/ sopa óleo vegetal
1 c/ sopa salsa, picada
sal e pimenta
4 c/ sopa vinho branco (30 ml)
2 c/ sopa manteiga ou margarina
1. Lave e seque os filetes de linguado. Retire as
espinhas existentes.
2. Corte o limão e os tomates em fatias finas.
3. Unte a forma. Coloque dentro da forma os filetes
e regue com o óleo vegetal.
4. Polvilhe o peixe com a salsa, sobre este coloque
as fatias de tomate e tempere. Por cima dos
tomates coloque as fatias de limão e regue com
o vinho branco.
5. Cubra as fatias de limão com pequenas nozes
de manteiga, cubra e deixe cozinhar.
12-14 min. 630 W
Após a cozedura, deixe os filetes repousar
durante cerca de 2 minutos.
Sugestão:
Para este prato poderá também utilizar perca,
alabote, mugem, solha ou bacalhau.

FILETE DE PEIXE COM MOLHO DE QUEIJO
Tempo de cozedura total: aprox. 23-27 minutos
Utensílios: tigela com tampa (capacidade de 1 l)
forma de empadão oval e rasa
(aprox. 25 cm de comprimento)
Ingredientes:
4 filetes de peixe (aprox. 800 g)
(por ex. egli, solha ou bacalhau)
2 c/ sopa sumo de limão
sal
1 c/ sopa manteiga ou margarina
1 cebola (50 g), picada finamente
2 c/ sopa farinha (20 g)
100 ml vinho branco
1 c/ chá óleo vegetal para untar a forma
100 g queijo Emmental ralado
2 c/ sopa salsa picada
1. Lave os filetes, seque-os e regue com o sumo de
limão. Deixe repousar cerca de 15 minutos no
frigorífico, seque-os novamente e tempere com
sal.
2. Espalhe a manteiga no fundo da tigela. Adicione
a cebola e deixe refogar.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Polvilhe as cebolas com farinha e mexa.
Acrescente o vinho e misture.
4. Unte a forma de empadão e coloque lá dentro
os filetes. Verta o molho sobre os filetes e polvilhe
com queijo. Coloque na grelha inferior e deixe
cozinhar.
13-14 min. 450 W de seguida
9-11 min. 450 W
Após a cozedura, deixe os filetes repousar
durante cerca de 2 minutos. Enfeite o seu
cozinhado com a salsa picada e sirva.
