AUTO GRILL RECIPES
GRILL SKEWERS (AG-1)
Colured meat kebabs
Ingredients:
400 g boneless pork loin
100 g smoked bacon
2 onions (100 g), in quarters
4 tomatoes (250 g), in quarters
1/2 green pepper (100 g), in eight
pieces
4 tbsp oil
2 tsp sweet paprika
salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Worcester sauce
Procedure:
1. Cut the pork and the bacon into cubes
approximately 2-3 cm in size.
2. Skewer the meat pieces and vegetables
alternately onto four wooden sticks.
3. Mix the oil with the spices and brush over
the skewers. Place the skewers on the high
rack.
Cook on AUTO GRILL AG-1 "Grill Skewers"
When the oven stops, turn over.
After cooking, place on a plate for serving.

Grilled Chicken
Mix the ingredients and spread on the
chicken.
Pierce the skin of the chicken with a fork.
Put chicken, breast side down, on the low
rack.
When the oven stops, turn the chicken
over.
After cooking, stand for approx. 3
minutes in the oven, remove and put on
a plate for serving.

Ingredients for 1.2 kg
grilled chicken:
Salt and Pepper,
1 tsp sweet paprika,
2 tbsp oil

Gratin
Prepare the gratin.
Place the gratin on the low rack.
After cooking, let the food stand, wrapped
in aluminium foil, for approx. 5 minutes.
