Patatas Rellenas

Ingredientes
batatas de tamanho médio (400 g)
100 ml água
60 g fiambre, aos cubos pequenos

cebola (25 g), picada finamente
75-100 ml leite
2 c/ sopa queijo parmesão ralado (20 g)
sal, pimenta
2 c/ sopa queijo Emmental ralado
1. Coloque as batatas na tigela, junte a água, tape
e deixe cozinhar. Mexa uma vez durante a
cozedura.
9-11 Mn. 800W
Deixe arrefecer.
2. Corte as batatas ao comprido em metades e retire
a polpa da batata cuidadosamente. Misture a
polpa da batata com o fiambre, a cebola, o leite
e o queijo parmesão, até obter uma consistência
uniforme. Tempere com sal e pimenta.
3. Recheie as batatas com a mistura e polvilhe com
queijo Emmental. Disponha as batatas num prato
e deixe cozinhar.
4-6 Mn. 800W
Após a cozedura, deixe as batatas repousar
durante cerca de 2 minutos.

80 g macarrão
sal
400 g tomates enlatados, cortados
3 cebolas (150 g), picadas finamente
manjericão, tomilho, sal e pimenta
400 g courgettes, às rodelas
150 g natas para culinária
2 ovos
100 g queijo Cheddar ralado
1. Coloque a água, o óleo e o sal numa tigela,
tape e deixe ferver.
3-5 Mn. 800W
2. Parta o macarrão em pedaços pequenos,
adicione à água a ferver, mexa e deixe o
macarrão inchar.
9-11 Mn. 240W
Escorra a massa e deixe arrefecer.
3. Misture os tomates e as cebolas e tempere bem.
Unte a forma. Coloque a massa dentro e cubra
com o molho de tomate. Por cima do preparado
coloque as rodelas de courgette.
4. Bata as natas com os ovos e espalhe por cima
do preparado. Polvilhe com o queijo ralado.
1. 14-16 Mn. 800W e em seguida
2. 4-6 Mn. 560W
Deixe repousar durante 5 a 10 minutos depois
de cozinhar.
