ZUPPA DI CIPOLLE (E FORMAGGIO)
Soupe à l'oignon et au fromage
Tempo totale di cottura: circa 18 - 22 minuti
Recipiente: casseruola munita di coperchio (da 2 l)
4 tazze da minestra (da 200 ml)
Ingredienti
1 C di burro o margarina (10g)
2 cipolle (100g), affettate
800 ml di brodo di carne
sale, pepe
2 fette di pancarrè
4 C di formaggio grattugiato (40 g)
1. Mettere il burro nella casseruola. Aggiungere la
cipolla affettata, il brodo di carne e le spezie e
lasciare cuocere a recipiente coperto.
9-11 Min. 800W
2. Abbrustolire le fette di pancarrè, tagliarle a dadini
e distribuirle nelle tazze da minestra. Versarvi
sopra la zuppa e cospargere con il formaggio
grattugiato.
3. Sistemare le ciotole sulla graticola e lasciare
gratinare.
