Procedimento
1. Corte o porco e a carne fumada em cubos de
cerca de 2-3 cm de tamanho.
2. Espete a carne e os legumes alternadamente no
espeto de madeira.
3. Misture o óleo com as especiarias e coloque as
espetadas no grill e cozinhe na grelha.

Ingredientes
125 g de espinafres frescos, sem os caules
125 g de queijo branco (6% gordura)
40 g de queijo Emental ralado

Paprica, suave
6 fatias de presunto fumado (300 g)
125 ml de água
125 ml de natas
2 cds de farinha (20 g)
2 cds de manteiga ou margarina (20 g)
1 cdc de manteiga ou margarina para untar o
prato
Procedimento
1. Corte os espinafres finos, misture com o queijo
branco e com o queijo Emental e tempere a gosto.
2. Coloque uma colher de sopa do recheio em
cada fatia do presunto fumado e enrole-a.
Segure o presunto com um palito de madeira.
3. Faça um molho bechamel. Para o fazer, deite o
liquido num prato, tape e aqueça.

Esfregue a manteiga com a farinha, adicione ao
liquido e bata com um batedor de pasteleiro
manual, até estar suave. Tape, coloque na folha
até estar espesso.

4. Deite o molho no prato untado, coloque os rolos
de presunto no prato e cozinhe com a tampa
colocada. Para dourar o topo, retire a tampa e
coloque o prato na grelha.
