GRATÉN (C2-2)
Gratén d’espinaca
Ingredientes
0,5 kg 1,0 kg 1,5 kg
150 g 300 g 450 g Espinaca (descongelar y
escurrir)
15 g 30 g 45 g Cebolla (bien picadas
)
Sal, Pimienta, Nuez moscada
150 g 300 g 450 g Patatas (en rodajas)
35 g 75 g 110 g de Jamón cocido (en dados)
50 g 100 g 150 g Crème fraîche (Nata)
1 2 3 Huevo
40 g 75 g 115 g de Queso (rallado)
Pimentón para espolvorear
Preparación
1. Mezclar conjuntament las espinacas en hoja
con la cebolla y condimentar con sal, pimienta
y nuez moscada.
2. Engraser el plato. Poner, alternado, capas de
rodajas de patatas, dados de jamón y espinica.
La capa superior debería ser de espinica.
3. Mezclar los huevo con la nata, condimentar la
mezcla y verter sobre la verdura.
4. Espolvorear con el queso rallado y el pimiento
en polvo y
cocer

5. Después de la cocción, dejar durante 5-10
minutos.
GRATÉN (C2-2)
Gratén de patatas y calabacín
Ingredientes
0,5 kg 1,0 kg 1,5 kg
200 g 400 g 600 g Patatas cocido (en rodajas)
115 g 230 g 345 g Calabacín (en rodajas fínas)
75 g 150 g 225 g Crème fraîche (Nata)
1 2 3 Huevo

2 1 2 Diente de ajo (picado)
Sal y Pimienta
40 g 80 g 120 g Queso Gouda (rallado)
10 g 20 g 30 g Pepitas de girasol
Pimentón para espolvorear
Preparación
1. Engrasar el plato y colocar capas alternas de
rodajas de patatas y calabacín en el plato.
2. Mezclar los huevos con nata, condimentar con
sal, pimienta, ajo y verter encima las verduras.
3. Esparcirlo el queso Gouda sobre el gratén.
4. Finalmente rociar el gratén con pepitas de
girasol y el pimiento en polvo y
cocer
