OPMERKINGEN: Expres Ontdooien
1. Biefstuk en koteletten dienen in een enkele laag te zijn ingevroren.
2. Gehakt moet in dunne plakjes ingevroren worden.
3. Na het draaien de ontdooide gedeelten met dunne, vlakke stroken aluminiumfolie bedekken.
4. Het gevogelte moet direkt na het ontdooien worden bereid.
5. Voor Ed-1 en Ed-3, plaats het voedsel zoals aangegeven in de oven:

METHODE
•Verwijder alle verpakking van de cake.
•Het cake op een vlakken schaal stellen
midden in het draaitafel.
•Na het ontdooien de cake in gelijke
stukken snijden; einge ruimte tussen de
stukken laten en 15 - 60 minuten laten
staan om hem door en door te laten
ontdooien.
•Op een vlakken schaal stellen midden
in het draaitafel. Voor 1,0kg stellen
direkt op de draaitafel.
•Wanneer de magnetron stopt en het
geluidssignaal weerklinkt opneiuw
schikken en ontdooide boterhammen
verwijderen.
• Na ontdooiing afdekken met
aluminiumfolie en bij benadering 5 - 30
minuten laten rust, totdat al het brood
geheel ontdooid is.
