PROCÉDURE
• Retirez l’emballage du gâteau.
• Placez sur un plat au centre du plateau
tournant.
• Une fois la décongélation effectuée,
coupez le gâteau en portions identiques
que vous espacerez et laissez reposer
pendant 15 - 30 minutes jusqu’à ce que
le gâteau soit uniformément décongelé.
• Poser le pain sur un plat au centre du
plateau tournant. Pour 1,0kg, poser le
pain directement sur le plateau tournant.
• Quand le signal sonore retentit, changer
la position des tranches et retirer celles
qui sont décongelées.
• Après la décongélation, séparer toutes
les tranches et les disposer sur un grand
plat. Couvrir le pain d’une feuille de
papier aluminium et le laisser reposer
5 - 30 minutes pour compléter la
décongélation.

REMARQUES: Décongélation rapide
1. Les steaks et côtelettes doivent être congelés en une couche.
2. Congelez la viande hachée en tranches fines.
3. Après avoir retourné, protéger les parties décongelées avec de petits morceaux plats de papier
aluminium.
4. La volaille doit être cuit immédiatement après décongélation.
5. Pour Ed-1 et Ed-3, disposer les aliments dans le four comme indiqué:
