∙ Place the working container on the anti-
slip ring.

container. Observe the “Max.” marking
and the information in the table.
∙Place the working container lid onto the
working container. The notches in the
working container lid must engage over
the lugs in the working container.
∙Put the motor unit into place and turn it
clockwise until you hear it engage.
∙Press button I or II and hold it pressed
until the food reaches the required
stiffness.
∙After mixing, wait for the motor to
stop. Then take the motor unit and the
working container lid off and take out
the food.
Peeling Garlic
∙Place the working container on the
anti-slip ring.
∙Place the garlic peeler onto the drive
shaft in the working container.
∙Place garlic into the working container.
∙Place the working container lid onto the
working container. The notches in the
working container lid must engage over
the lugs in the working container.
∙Put the motor unit into place and turn it
clockwise until you hear it engage.
∙Press button I or II and hold it pressed
until the garlic cloves are peeled.
∙After peeling, wait for the motor to
stop. Then take the motor unit and the
working container lid off and take out
the food.
∙When starting to peel again, make sure
that there is no food residue on the pin
in the bottom of the working container.
Tip! The food prepared can be left in
the working container and stored. To do
this, close the working container with the
freshness lid.
Recipe for testing institutes
Mince 250 g beef (in pieces measuring
60 x 20 x 20 mm) for 20 seconds.
