 Remove the bracket and inserts from the

bowl.

Egg custard

 Fill the measuring cup to the top with cold

water and empty it into the water bowl.

 Put the bracket with inserts  tted onto the

water bowl.

 Put an egg into a bowl and beat it in ½

measuring cup of milk. Add to taste salt,

pepper, spring onions, chives, chopped

mushrooms, ham or other preferred

ingredient.

 Distribute the mix evenly in the inserts and

close the lid.

 Turn the boiling-time control to position

 Insert the plug into a suitable wall socket

and use the On/O switch to turn the egg

boiler on.  e indicator light comes on

and the appliance starts heating up.

 A beep is heard once the pre-set cooking

time has elapsed.

 Switch o the appliance.  e indicator

light goes out. Remove the plug from the

wall socket.

 Take o the lid. Caution: beware of

escaping steam.

Steaming vegetables

 Clean the vegetables (cauli ower, broccoli,

carrots, mushrooms etc.) and cut them

into small pieces.

 Distribute them evenly into the inserts and

close the lid.

 Turn the boiling-time control to position

(crunchy) or (so ), according to taste.

 Insert the plug into a suitable wall socket

and use the On/O switch to turn the egg

boiler on.  e indicator light comes on

and the appliance starts heating up

 A beep is heard once the pre-set cooking

time has elapsed.

 Switch o the appliance.  e indicator

light goes out. Remove the plug from the

wall socket.

 Take o the lid. Caution: beware of

escaping steam.

Cleaning and care

 Always remove the plug from the wall

socket, allow the appliance to cool down

and pour out any remaining water before

cleaning.

 To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not

clean the appliance with water and do not

immerse it in water.

 To prevent the surfaces from being

damaged or scratched, do not use abrasives

or harsh cleaning solutions.

 Wipe the water bowl with a damp cloth

only.

 Any build-up of deposits on the water

bowl can be removed using a solution of

water and vinegar.  en let the appliance

run through one boiling cycle using

fresh cold water to clean it of any vinegar

residue.

– Rinse the inserts, bracket and lid, and wipe

thoroughly dry a erwards.
