eller fingrene. Dette vil forebygge revner i skorpen som ellers kan forekomme på grund af

den høje bagetemperatur. Luk låget bagefter.

Til glutenfri brød er de klar-til-brug blandinger som sælges i butikkerne de bedst egnede.
