Snij de courgettes in de lengte in twee. Hol ze uit met een lepeltje,
maar laat 1,5 cm aan de schil zitten. Fruit de ui, de wortel, de
fijngehakte selder, de fijngehakte knoflook, het basilicum en het
vlees zonder deksel in de Acticook
®
, in de olijfolie. Breng op smaak
met zout en peper.
Giet af en doe in een grote kom. Doe er de Parmezaanse kaas, het
losgeklopte ei, de witte wijn en de boter bij en meng goed
. Vul de
courgettes met de vulling en leg 4 helften in het stoommandje.
Giet 2 eco-dosissen water in de Acticook
®
en zet er het stoom-
mandje in. Sluit de Acticook
®
. Kies stand 2 en stel 5 minuten in.
Zet het vuur tot ongeveer een derde lager wanneer de timer rinkelt
om aan te geven dat de bereiding begint.
Kies op het einde van de bereidingstijd stand en open de
Acticook
®
. Doe hetzelfde met de 4 andere gevulde courgettehelften.
Op dezelfde manier kunt u ook gevulde tomaten (4 minuten),
paprika’s (6 minuten) of aubergines (4 minuten) bereiden.
