Les parties accessibles peuvent être chaudes en cuisson «barbecue» :
éloignez les jeunes enfants.
Cette fonction est particulièrement recommandée pour la cuisson des côtes de
boeuf, les grillades, les gratins sur assiettes...porte entrouverte (un cran est
prévu à cet effet dans la charnière).
L’enfournement à froid est préconisé.
Utilisez un plateau émaillé au gradin n°1 pour la récupération des jus de cuisson.
Placez votre viande sur une grille, le niveau de gradin dépend de l’épaisseur de la
pièce à cuire.

brièvement 2 fois sur F pour
arrêter le fonctionnement du
four.
