de conservation de la chaleur.
Votre four possèdent 11 fonctions de cuisson (dont 3 automatiques), adaptées aux
différents types de préparations. Les symboles expressifs permettent la sélection
évidente de la fonction qui convient.
Décongélation
Etuve pour faire lever les pâtes en douceur
Chauffe-plats, meringues, stérilisation
Cuisson automatique ou manuelle Brioches
Ce mode de cuisson est particulièrement recommandé pour les viennoiseries
(préparations à base de levure de boulanger). Ce procédé évite le dessèchement
des pâtes et favorise leur levée avant que leur surface ne dore et devienne
croustillante : c’est la «façon boulanger».
Cuisson automatique ou manuelle Tartes
Ce mode de cuisson est particulièrement recommandé pour les tartes, quiches...
Les fonds sont parfaitement cuits, les fruits restent tendres.
