Käyttöönotto

Noudata turvallisuusohjeita!

Tärkeää: Sahan saa ottaa käyttöön ainoastaan, kun siihen

on asennettu asianmukaiset turvavarusteet. Ennen käyt-

töä kytke saha poistojärjestelmään.

Poistokansi on aina laskettava työstettävän kappaleen

päälle. Poista poistokansi, jos leikkauskohta on piilossa.

Leikkauksen jälkeen poistokansi on asetettava paikalleen

välittömästi.

Koneen asetusten on varmistettava, että ylimmän sahan

hampaan kärki on hiukan korkeammalla kuin työstettävä

kappale.

Kaikkien turvalaitteiden on oltava ohjeiden mukaan pai-

koilleen asennettuina ennen virran kytkemistä.

Sahanterän on liikuttava vapaasti.

Tarkista aina puutavara, jota on aikaisemmin käsitelty,

vieraiden esineiden (naulat, ruuvit jne.) varalta. Poista

kaikki vieraat esineet.

Ennen virtalähteen kytkemistä päälle tarkista, että sahan-

terä on oikein asennettu, ja että liikkuvat osat pääsevät

liikkumaan vapaasti.

Varoitus: Jos olet epävarma, anna pätevän henkilön käyt-

tää sahaa. On liian vaarallista työskennellä oletusten va-

rassa.

6 Mount the foot stiffeners with the feet (Fig. 3)

7 Mount the foot supports to the rear feet

8 Attach the foot caps by tapping slightly

9 Erect the circular saw bench on its feet on an even

surface.

10 Lay a ruler over bench plate and wideners.

11 Align the bench plate and tighten all screws.

12 Check the bench plate for vertical alignment, re-

adjust if necessary.

13 Mount the retaining clamp for the extraction hose

(Fig. 4)

14 Mount the protective cover with round-head screw,

washer and wing nut.

15 Mount the extraction hose to the protective cover and

the extraction nozzle.

16 Place saw blade key and push stick (Fig. 5)

Commissioning

Observe the safety instructions!

Important note: The machine must only be commissioned

when the protection and safety equipment is completely

mounted.

Connect the machine to an extraction unit before com-

missioning.

The extraction cover must be lowered onto the workpiece

during each process step. Remove the extraction cover for

covered cuts. Re-mount the extraction cover immediately

after this process step.

The machine must be set up so that the tip of the highest

saw tooth is a little higher than the workpiece.

All protection and safety equipment must be mounted

correctly before switching on the machine.

The saw blade must be freely moveable.

Check the wood for foreign materials (nails, screws, etc.),

if it has been processed before. Remove all foreign ma-

terials.

Before pressing the main switch, make sure that the saw

blade is mounted correctly and that the moveable parts

are smooth-running.

Warning: If you have any doubts, have a specialist set up

the machine. It is dangerous to work based on assump-

tions.
