REGOLAZIONE DEL PIANO DEL TAVOLO FIG. 4
1 Imposti il piano del tavolo sulla messa a zero e stringa
forte la vite ad alette (E) e la leva di bloccaggio (F).
2 Orienti il piano di tavolo parallelamente alla lama
della sega e stringa forte le 3 viti. Si assicuri che la
lama della sega corra al centro del tavolo.
REGOLAZIONE DEL PIANO DEL TAVOLO
CON LA GIUSTA ANGOLAZIONE RISPETTO ALLA
LAMA DELLA SEGA FIG.5
3 Posizioni la guida del nastro superiore verso l’alto e
la stringa forte.
4 Allenti la leva di bloccaggio (F) e la vite ad alette (E)
sul segmento girevole (G).
5 Orientare il tavolo con la giusta angolazione (9-5°)
rispetto alla lama della sega (usare la squadra a cap-
pello).
6 Esegua le regolazioni con la vite di regolazione (H) e
fissi il tutto con un controdado Fig. 4
APPLICARE IL FINECORSA LONGITUDINALE FIG. 6
Il finecorsa longitudinale (5) può essere usato su entram-
bi i lati della lama della sega.
Il bloccaggio avviene su entrambi i lati del tavolo attra-
verso la leva di serraggio (J)
MONTAGGIO DEL BLOCCO DELLO SPINGITOIO
Giri la vite con testa a gancio per lo spingitoio nel filetto
nella parte superiore del telaio della sega e la fissi con un
controdado.
Quando non usa lo spingitoio lo appenda alla vite con
testa a gancio.
m Messa in servizio
Prima della messa in servizio osservi le norme di sicurezza.
Quando si lavora alla macchina tutti i dispositivi di pro-
tezione e le coperture devono essere montate.
CAMBIO DEL NASTRO DELLA SEGA
Pericolo!
Rischio di ferimento con il nastro della sega fermo. Du-
rante il cambio del nastro della sega indossi un paio di
guanti.
Usi solo nastri per la sega idonei
1 Allenti le 2 viti a testa zigrinata (D) e rimuova il
rinforzo a U (C) sotto al banco da sega(Fig.3)
2 Apra entrambe le porte del corpo macchina.
3 Ribalti la protezione inferiore del nastro della sega
