Transport
• Serrer la bouton de blocage (1) an de xer la table
• Transporter l’équipement par le châssis de la ma-
chine.
• Il n’est pas nécessaire de désassembler quelque
pièce que ce soit pour transporter la machine.
m Maintenance
Avertissement: Arrêter le moteur et débrancher la fiche
du câble d’alimentation de la prise du réseau pour exé-
cuter tous les travaux de nettoyage et d’entretien,
Généralltés
Veiller à toujours maintenir la table bien propre et lubri-
fiée afin d’obtenir un bon glissement des pièces pendant
la découpe.
Moteur
Si le câble de réseau est déchiré, entaillé ou endomma-
gé, il doit être remplacé immédiatement. Ne pas lubrifier
les paliers du moteur et les parties internes.
Support du bras de scie
Lubrifiez les bras de la scie toutes les 50 heures. Procé-
dez de la façon suivante (Fig. 14):
• Inclinez la scie.
• Versez une quantité généreuse d‘huile SAE 20 01 à
I’extrémité du montant et sur les paliers en bronze.
• Laissez le lubrifiant agir pendant la nuit.
• Répétez le processus le lendemain de I’autre côté de
la scie
Nettoyage
De la poussière peut s’accumuler dans la scie à chan-
tourner. Vérifier régulièrement (au mieux après chaque
utilisation) et éliminez la poussière en l’aspirant
ou en la soufflant délicatement avec de l’air comprimé.
Transport
• Tighten the lock screw (1) in order to lock the table
(2).
• Carry the equipment by the machine frame.
• No part of the equipment is necessary to be dis-
mantled for transport.
m Maintenance
Warning: In the interests of operational safety, always
switch off the saw and remove the mains plug before carry-
ing out maintenance work.
General
Re-application of the wax coating on the workbench
makes feeding the workpiece to the blade easier.
Motor
The mains cable should be replaced immediately if
pulled out, cut or damaged in any other way.
Do not lubricate the motor bearings or internal parts!
Saw arm bearings
Lubricate the saw arm bearings every 50 hours. Proceed
as follows (Fig. 14).
• Turn the saw to the side
• Apply a generous amount of SAE 20 oil to the shaft
end and bronze bearings.
• Let the lubricant oil work in overnight.
• Repeat the procedure the next day on the other side
of the saw.
Cleansing
Frequently blow out any dust that may accumulate inside
the motor housing.
