Assembly
Assembly tools
Allen key and flat spanner (not supplied)
For packaging reasons, your rs 350 is not completely as-
sembled.
Roller sieve, transport handles, Fig. 3
Attach the transport handles to the pre-assembled roller
sieve. For this, insert the handles into the sockets provi-
ded and secure them against falling out with the screw
(A).
Wheels, Fig. 4
Attach the wheels to the frame bars (A). For this, insert
the screws (B) from the outside through the wheels and
the frame and secure them with the nut (C).
When securing and tightening the hex-nuts, make sure
the wheels rotate smoothly.
Knob, Fig. 5
Fix the knob (A) to the thread of the angle adjustment
lock.
m Putting into operation
Soil is always filled into the drum from the front.
Before putting the implement into operation, observe
the safety instructions.
All guards and safety devices must be fitted.
After connection to the electrical power, your rs 350 is
ready for service.
Always attach the power cable to the clamp in the gus-
set plate.
Aufstellen
Depending on the place of setting up, incline the
sieve drum as required. For this, loosen the knob
of the angle adjustment lock and position the sieve
drum horizontally. The hydraulic spring supports the
movement.
m Caution: crushing hazard!
The angle ratchet clicks into the first position (0°).
In order to position the sieve drum at 4° and 8°, pull
the ratchet lever from the angle ratchet. When the
sieve drum is in the required position, secure the
sieve drum with the knob.
The degree of inclination depends on the type of soil to
be sieved and the slope of the installation site.
For loose material we recommend more inclination,
and for solid material less inclination.
If there is too much of a gradient at the installation
site so that the desired angle cannot be achieved with
the settings, you can put e.g. a board underneath both
the device's feet. Make sure the rotary sifter is in a
secure position.
Montage
Veillez toujours
à ce que le tamis soit stable.
