Resin from aluminium tools may only be removed with •
cleaning liquids not being aggressive to this type of
metal.
Attention:
In case of a bad condition of the electrical system, the
performance can drop for a short period of time. Ask a
specialist.
m Electrical connections
The electric motor installed is completely wired ready
for operation.
The connection meets the requirements of the German
standards VDE and DIN.
The connection to the electric power supply to be ef-
fected by the customer as well as the extension cable
must also meet these requirements.
Connection and repair work on the electrical installation
may be carried out by a qualified electrician only.
Important hints:
The electric motor has been design for operating mode
S6 / 40 %.
Defective electrical connection cables:
Electrical connection cables often suffer insulation dam-
age. Possible causes are:
Pinch points when connection cables are run through •
window or door gaps.
Kinks resulting from incorrect attachment or laying of •
the connection cable.
Cuts resulting from running over the connecting •
cable.
Insulation damage resulting from forcefully pulling out •
of the wall socket.
Cracks through aging of insulation.•
Such defective electrical connection cables must not be
used as the insulation damage makes them extremely
hazardous.
Check electrical connection cables regularly for dam-
age. Make sure the cable is disconnected from the mains
when checking.
Electrical connection cables must comply with the regu-
lations VDE and DIN. Only use cables marked "HO 7
RNF". This is a binding regulation.

The voltage of the power supply must be 230 V / 50 •
Hz.
Extension cables up to a length of 25 m must have a •
cross-section of 1.5 mm², and beyond 25 m at least
2.5 mm².
The connection to the mains must be protected with a •
16 A slow-acting fuse.

Le raccordement électrique que doit effectuer le client
ainsi que les câbles de rallonge utilisés doivent aussi
correspondre à ces normes.
Les branchements et réparations de l’équipement élec-
trique ne doivent être effectués que par un scialiste
de l’électricité.

Le moteur électrique a été construit pour le mode d’em-
ploi S6 / 40 %.

Il arrive fréquemment que l’isolation des câbles de bran-
chement électrique psente des avaries. Les causes en
sont:
Ecrasements, si le câble passe sous la porte ou la •
fenêtre.
Coudes dûs à une mauvaise fixation ou un mauvais •
guidage du câble de branchement.
Coupures dues à un écrasement du câble.•
Extractions violentes du câble de la prise murale.•
Fissures due au vieillissement de l'isolation.•
Il est conseillé d’utiliser des câbles électriques qui
présentent ces types d’avaries. Danger de mort.
Vérifier régulièrement les câbles de branchement électri-
que. Veiller à ce que le câble n’entre pas en contact avec
la tension de secteur pendant la vérification.
Les câbles de branchement électrique doivent corres-
pondre aux normes VDE et DIN en vigueur. Utiliser des
bles marqués «HO 7 RNF».

Les câbles de rallonge d’une longueur maximale de 25 •
m doivent présenter une section transversale de 1,5
mm², ceux d’une longueur supérieure à 25 m doivent
