Lutilisation du guide de toupillage est obligatoire. Chaque
travail doit être considéré séparément. A chaque nouvelle
utilisation, vous devez vous assurer de la bonne installa-
tion des protecteurs et de leur bon réglage.
A chaque nouvelle utilisation, vous devez gler chaque
presseur présent sur le guide.
Vérifier le blocage de chaque vis avant de commencer le
toupillage.
Utilisation des rondelles de table
Les rondelles de table (ou réducteurs de lumière) doivent
être utilisées pour réduire au minimum l’espace entre la
table et la broche.
Avant la mise en marche de la machine, vous devez sys-
tématiquement vérifier de la bonne installation des réduc-
teurs de lumière (rondelles fournies).
Assurez-vous d’avoir sélectionné le ducteur de lumière
adéquat selon loutil choisi.
Le réducteur de lumière (rondelles fournies) doit entourer
les fraises le plus complètement possible.

Le réglage de la vitesse de rotation de la machine com-

Setting the moulding fence
The use of the fence is a must. Every job must be looked
at separately. At every new use you must make sure that
the guards are correctly installed and adjusted.
For every new use, each pressure piece on the fence must
be newly set.
Make sure that all the bolts are firmly tightened before you
start moulding.
Use of the table rings
The table rings (or reduction pieces for the opening) must
be used in order to reduce the spacing between table and
spindle to a minimum.
Beforeswitchingonthemachinesystematicallycheckthe
table rings supplied for their correct seat.
Check whether you have chosen the correct ring for the
corresponding cutting tool and its installation height, in
order to reduce the risk of work piece tilting at passing
the opening.
The reduction piece (table ring) must enclose the cutter
head as far as possible.

The speed adjustment of the machine has 6 stages (see
technical data)
• Determinetheoptimalnumberofrevolutionsbyasam-
ple cut in a piece of waste material.
Note: The use of the correct number of revolutions increas-
es the life-span of the drill. It, also, affects the worked
surface of the work piece.
