After the tensioning, re-tighten the fixing
screws (10) in order to prevent automatic
loosening.
Centring of the belt
If the conveyor belt no longer runs in the
centre, it must be re-centred.
This takes place at the top by tensioning or
loosening the conveyor belt at the one end.
At the bottom this takes place at the centring
unit arranged on the side opposite the drive.
Here the threaded rod (12) can be used to
pivot the entire drive roller.
Help in the event of faults
Safety instructions for faults
In order to prevent machine damage or life-
threatening injuries during the rectification
of faults on the machine, the following points
must be observed without fail:
All work on the electrical equipment of
the machine may only be performed by
electricians as a basic rule.
Life-threatening personal injury and
machine damage can arise through in-
advertent switching on of the machine.
Therefore, first make sure that the ma-
chine is secured against unintended
restarting by disconnecting the electric
drive from the mains or disconnecting
the power take-off and tractor hydrau-
lics from the tractor.
The respective specified sequence of
work steps for fault rectification must
be precisely observed for fault rectifi-
cation.
Only rectify a fault if you have the
qualification to do so.
Contact with escaping fluids (such as
hydraulic oil) can cause skin irritation.
Unsecured manual operation entails an
elevated risk of injury from crush-
ing/shearing/entanglement/ etc.
Also read the chapter "General safety in-
structions".
If you are unable to solve problems with the
machine on your own, contact your dealer.
They will assist you!
Guarantee and warranty
A guarantee of 12 months and a warranty of
24 months from the date of invoice are
granted for conveyor belts (please keep your
invoice!). The warranty claim extends to all
material and/or production errors. Faulty
parts are replaced free of charge - they may
only be replaced by a qualified person.
Please request replacement stickers to re-
place damaged stickers.
