7. BENUTZUNG DER MASCHINE
a. Wechseln der Hobelmesser (20)
7. PUTTING THE MACHINE INTO OPERATION
a. Changing the planer blades (20)
- ein paar Messer wurde bereits im Werk montiert und
justiert.
- Wechseln und justieren Sie vorzugsweise ein Messer nach
dem anderen.
- Schalten Sie den Motor aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstec-
ker.
- Entfernen Sie die Messerabkeckung (G) oder drehen Sie
den Arm der Abdeckung um seine Achse, das Handrad (M1)
ist bei Bedarf abziehbar.
- Entfernen Sie den Winkelanschlag (C).
- Lösen Sie die 4 Schrauben (P) der Messereinspannung
(Q).
- Entfernen Sie das Messer (R).
- Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Messersitz sauber ist. Bei
Bedarf entfernen Sie die Spannvorrichtung (Q) um sie zu
reinigen.
- Setzen das Messer wieder ein.
- Ziehen Sie dei 2 äußeren Schrauben (P) leicht an, damit
das Messer beweglich bleibt, ohne herunter zu fallen.
Wichtig : es dürfen nur Hobelmesser mit den richtigen
Abmessungen montiert werden (21).
Es dürfen nur Werkzeuge montiert werden, die der
Norm EN 847-1 entsprechen und mit MAN gekennzeichnet
sind.
Anziehdrehmoment der Befestigunsschrauben = 15N/m
- A pair of knives has already been fitted and adjusted in the
works.
- It is recommended to adjust one knife after the other.
- Switch the motor off and pull the power supply plug.
- Remove the knife guard (G) or turn the arm of the guard
around its axle (the hand wheel (M1) can be removed.
- Remove the angle guide (C).
- Release the 4 bolts (P) of the knife clamping (Q).
- Switch off the blade (R).
- Check and remove dirt if necessary unscrew the knife-hol-
der (Q) for cleaning.
- Place the knife again in position.
- Screw the 2 extreme screws slightly to keep the knife
moveable but not dropping down (P).
Important : Only cutter heads with the approved dimensions
may be used on the machine (21).
Only tools may be used that correspond with the standard
EN 847-1 and are marked with MAN.
Screwing force of the screws = 15N/m
