Bevel Cut
• Loosen the bevel lock handle and move the cutting
head to the desired angle. Tighten the bevel lock han-
dle.
• Activate the switch, then press the blade guard lock
lever to lower the cutting head down.
Compound Cut
• A compound cut is a combination of mitre cut and
bevel cut. Refer to the above procedures to perform
this cut.
Setting the Cut Depth (Fig. 5.1)
For straight and flat repeated cuts the cut depth can be set
in advance.
• Move the saw head down until the saw blade teeth
have reached the desired cut depth.
• Whileholdingtheupperarminposition,turnthestop
knob (1) until it has reached the stop plate (2).
• Checkthedepthoftheteethandmovethesawhead
from the front to the back through the full area of a
typical cut along the steering arm.
Base Moulding
• Base moulding can be cut vertically against fence
or flat on the table. Follow the table below for refer-
ence.

Coupe en biseau
• Tourner le guide-rallonge dans l’autre sens et l’installer
en position éloignée de la lame.
• Desserrer la manette de blocage et incliner la tête de
coupe à l’angle voulu. Serrer la manette de blocage.
• Mettre la scie en marche, puis appuyer sur le levier
du protège-lame supérieur pour abaisser la tête de
coupe.
Coupe combinée
• Une coupe combinée comprend une coupe à onglet et
une coupe en biseau. Pour l’exécuter, voir les instruc-
tions ci-dessus.
Réglage de la profondeur de coupe (Fig. 5.1)
La profondeur de coupe peut être préréglée pour des cou-
pes répétitives droites et plates.
• Pousserlatêtedescieverslebasjusqu’àcequeles
dents de la lame de scie atteignent la profondeur de
coupe souhaitée.
• Toutenmaintenantlebrassupérieurenposition,tour-
ner le bouton d’arrêt (1) jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne la
plaque d’arrêt (2).
• Vérierlaprofondeurdedentenpoussantlatêtede
scie d’avant en arrière sur la plage totale d’une coupe
typique le long du bras de commande.
Plinthes
• On peut couper les plinthes verticalement contre le
guide ou à plat sur le plateau. Voir le tableau ci-des-
sous.
