table de prélèvement.
table et recouvrir l’arbre à rabot.
Attention! Pendant le remplacement des lames risque de
blessures du aux lames coupantes.
Using the hand grip (R), set the height of the table and
tighten this with the turnbuckle (S),
Maintenance!
Attention! Pull out the plug for all maintenance work.
1. Replacement of cutting blades
Turn the switch to OFF.
Unplug the machine.
Release and remove the cutting blade turnbuckles
(A)
Lift the cutting blades and blocks from the wave.
Remove wood chips and resin from the planing wave
and the cutting blade blocks.
Put the new cutting blade in the planing wave, place
a ruler along both tables on the cutting blade.
Slightly tighten the turnbuckle.
Repeat the procedure for the second cutting blade.
Now place the planing blade exactly on the receiving
table. Use the ruler that has been placed on the
table.
The height can then be adjusted by means of a light
tapping on the planing blade with a rubber hammer.
By turning the planing wave in connection with the
ruler you can then see the height position.
The blade is exactly positioned when the ruler is moved
a maximum of 3 mm by the cutting blade.
Once the blade has been successfully positioned, all
of the Tommy screws must be tightened.
Note:
Sharp planing blades guarantee clean planing action
and put less strain on the motor.
The cutting blades on this machine are not suitable
for notching or cogging.
Finally, lower the planing wave protection and cover
the planing wave.
Attention! There is the danger of injury due to sharp
blades.
