Transport
For transport, the machine may only be lifted on the
base. Never lift it on the guards, the setting handles or
the planer/thicknesser table.
Before transporting, pull the power supply plug.
During transport, the cutter block guard must be set in
the lowest position.
Unpacking the machine
Check the contents of any possible transport damage.
In case of a damage, inform immediately the forward-
ing agent. Check the contents for completeness. Inform
immediately the dealer in case of any missing parts.
The complete machine is shipped in one single carton
box. Any additional parts that have to be attached to
the machine, must be identied before starting the as-
sembly.

Attention! Device must be unplugged from mains during
any retooling or assembly work
Install the jointing bracket (A) with 2 inner hexagon bolts
(B) M5x20mm to the side wall of the jointing table.

Postion the endstop at a 90 ° angle, and clamp it in place
with the toggle screw (H). Now place the cross-slotted
screw (F) against the endstop and secure it with the
nut. Then position the endstop at 45° and clamp it in
place with the clamping screw (H). Next, place the allen
screw (G) against the endstop and secure it with the nut.
Now check both brackets with a sample and re-justify
the scale if required.

The stop rail (C) in the area of the stop bolt (E) can be
displaced by loosening the clamping lever (D).

Transport
Pour transporter, n’attacher le dispositif de relevage
qu’au bâti, jamais aux dispositifs protecteurs, aux poi-
gnées de réglage ou à la table de dégauchissage.
Pour le transport, brancher la prise d’alimenta-
tion.
Lors du transport, le protecteur de l’arbre de rabotage
doit se trouver dans la position la plus basse.
Déballage de la machine
Vérier dès la livraison, qu’aucune pièce n’ait été -
tériorée pendant le transport. En cas de réclamation,
informer aussitôt le livreur. Vérier que la livraison soit
bien complète. En cas de réclamation, informer aussitôt
le vendeur.
La machine est expédiée dans un seul carton. Des
accessoires supplémentaires doivent être localisés et
identiés avant le début du montage.

Attention ! Avant tout travaux de rééquipement et de
montage, débrancher la che d’alimentation
Installez le support de dégau (A) avec 2 vis à tête
hexagonale (B) M5 x 20 mm à la paroi latérale de la
table de dégau.

Régler la butée à un angle de 90 ° et la serrer avec la
vis à clé (H). Régler la vis à fente (F) jusqu’à la butée et
la bloquer avec l’écrou. Puis régler la butée sur 45° et
bloquer avec la vis à clé (H). Ensuite régler la vis Allen
(G) jusqu’à la butée et bloquer avec l’écrou.
Vérier les angles à l’aide d’un échantillon et régler de
nouveau l’échelle (I) si cela est nécessaire.

En desserrant le levier de serrage (D), la barre de butée
(C) peut être réglée dans les vis de butée (E).
