Move the saw blade to the very top and release the bolt with
the saw blade key.
Attention: Left-handed thread.

Remove the saw blade flange (31) and the saw blade (32).
Then change the saw blade.
When mounting the saw blade mind the recess.
After changing the saw blade, check the setting of the
riving knife and refit the table insert (19) and the suction
hood (20).
Set-up:
Prepare the workplace where the machine is to be placed.
Insure sufficient room to allow safe work without malfunc-
tions. The machine is designed to operate in closed rooms
and must be placed stabily on firm level ground. Stabil-
ity is insured by attachment to the ground with 4 screws
(Fig. 18).
Transport:
The machine may only be transported with suitable lifting
devices (crane or fork lift). The connection point for the
rope (crane) is on the upper band wheel cabinet. Never
lift from the saw bench. If the machine is to be moved fre-
quently within the work area, use of the wheel assembly
special accessory is recommended.
Putting into Operation
Observe the safety instructions!
Important: The machine must only be brought into service
with completely installed safety and protection devices.
Before starting to use it, connect the machine to an ex-
traction system.
For every operation, the extraction cover has to be lowered
down to the work piece.
Secure long workpieces at the end of the cutting process
against tipping (e. g. unwind stands).

Retirer la bride de lame de scie et la lame de scie. Puis
remplacer la lame de scie.
Tenir compte de l’évidement lors du montage de la bride
de lame de scie.
Après le remplacement de lame de scie, contrôler le
réglage du coin à refendre et remonter l’élément rapporté
de table et le capot d’aspiration.
Installation
Préparez l’emplacement où la machine sera installée.
Veillez à avoir suffisamment de place pour assurer un
fonctionnement sûr et sans problème. La machine est
conçue pour fonctionner dans des pièces fermées et doit
être installée sur une base plate et solide. La stabilité est
assurée par un boulonnage au sol avec 4 vis (Fig. 18).
Transport
La machine ne doit être transportée qu’au moyen d’engins
de levage appropriés (grue ou chariot élévateur). Le point
de butée pour le cable est le boîtier supérieur de la roue
du ruban (Fig. 18).
Ne jamais soulever la machine par la table!
Si la machine doit être déplacée souvent dans l’enceinte
de l’atelier, il est recommandé d’utiliser l’accessoire spé-
cial Dispositif de deplacement
Mise en service
Respectez les consignes de sécurité!
Important: La mise en ouvre de la machine ne doit se
faire qu’avec les dispositifs de protection et de sécurité
complètement montés.
Avant la mise en marche de la machine, branchez le sys-
tème d’aspiration.
Le capot d’aspiration doit être abaissé sur la pièce avant
chaque sciage.
