Calendrier de maintenance

ATTENTION ! DÉBRANCHEZ LA MACHINE DE LA PRISE DE

COURANT

Après utilisation, nettoyez le treuil avec un chiffon. Gar-

dez les grilles de ventilation du moteur propres.

Après 30 utilisations (1 utilisation = 1x levage et 1x abais-

sement) :

Contrôlez l’ensemble du câble d’acier (4), et en cas de

dommages, remplacez avec un câble équivalent selon les

caractéristiques techniques (n’utiliser que des pièces de

rechange d’origine).

Après 100 utilisations

Contrôlez le cordon d’alimentation (12) et le câble de

commande (11) à l’égard des dommages.

Contrôlez l’interrupteur de ﬁn de course pendant les opé-

rations de levage et d’abaissement.

Après 200 utilisations

Lubriﬁez le câble d’acier et la poulie

Après 1000 utilisations

Contrôlez les crochets (7 / 14) et la poulie (13).

Serrez toutes les vis de l’étrier de ﬁxation (1) et de la pou-

lie (13).

En cas de bruit anormal du moteur ou si la charge ne peut

pas être soulevée, il est possible que le système de frei-

nage nécessite une révision.

Pour votre sécurité, vériﬁez l’interrupteur d’arrêt d’urgence

(9) et le bouton-poussoir avant l’utilisation.

Stockage

En cas de stockage prolongé, conservez l’appareil dans

un endroit sec à l’abri du gel, et hors de la portée des

enfants, si possible dans son emballage d’origine.

CAUTION! PULL OUT THE MAINS PLUG

Clean the rope winch with a rag following use. Keep the

air slits of the motor clean.

After 30 runs (1 run = 1x up and 1x down):

Check the entire steel wire rope (4); in case of damage,

replace the steel wire rope according to the speciﬁcation

(use only original spare parts).

After 100 runs

Check mains cable (12) and control cable (11) for dam-

age.

Check limit switch at upward and downward movement.

After 200 runs

Lubricate steel wire rope and deﬂecting roller

After 1000 runs

Hook (7 / 14) and deﬂecting roller (13).

Tighten all screws at the mounting bracket (1) and the

deﬂecting roller (13).

In case of unusual sounds at the motor or if the load

cannot be raised, the brake system may have to be over-

hauled.

For your safety, check the emergency stop switch (9) and

push-buttons before every use.

Storage

When storing over a longer period, store device at a dry,

frost-free room not accessible to children and in the origi-

nal carton, if possible.
