MONTAGE FIG.3
(Fig.4.1)
ASSEMBLY FIG. 3
Install both mounting brackets (1) with a pipe that corre-
sponds to twice the rated load of the wire rope hoist, using
4 hex head screws, 4 washers.
The dimensions of the pipe must match the size of the
mounting brackets.
Consult a specialist.
ROLE: DOUBLE LOAD CAPACITY FIG. 4.0 – 4.1
With the deflecting roller (13) and the additional hook
(14), the double load capacity is achieved.
Moreover, the deflecting roller (13) must be mounted with
the additional hook (fig. 4.0).
The firmly mounted hook (7) must be suspended at the
mounting hole (8).
The load capacity doubles itself as a result and the load is
now lifted by two steel wire ropes (4). (fig. 4.1)
Getting Started
Remove the adhesive tape from the wire rope
1 Check the following functions before getting started:
2 Press the push-button (10) upwards, rope is lifted
3 Press the push-button downwards, rope is lowered
4 Press the emergency stop switch (9), the rope hoist
comes to a standstill
5 Release the emergency stop switch (9) (turn clock-
wise),
Wire rope hoist is ready to operate
Make sure that the steel wire rope is rolled up correctly on
the drum and there is no distance between the turns. (see
fig. 5)
6 Check the limit switch when raising the wire rope
hoist, at maximum height of the automatic stop lever
(6).
7 Check the limit switch when releasing the wire rope
hoist, at maximum rope length. (Shuts down auto-
matically)
Pay attention to the fact that the load is secured properly
to the hook or the additional hook.
Ensure that the wire rope is taut when raising the loads.
Raise the load at the lowest speed.
Always stay at a distance when raising the loads.
Never leave hanging loads unattended.
The motor is equipped with a thermostat switch.
If it comes to a standstill during operation, wait until the
motor has cooled down.
