Transport
Transport fork lift/lifting carrier:
Upon dispatch, the machine is tightly mounted to a
palette with 4 screws. Remove the screws with a fork
wrench.
To remove the machine from the palette, two persons
will be required.
The machine may be transported while held in a diago-
nal position. Use the hand grip and pull gently while the
machine stands on its wheels.
Your scheppach machine can be stored or transported
under ambient temperatures between -20° C and +60° C
at a max. humidity of 80 %.
Assembly
For technical reasons of packaging, the stand must be
tted by the customer.
Use the attached hexagon bolts M6 x 16 with nut
Remove the hub cap and disassemble the wheels.
Connect all sinlge parts of the stand with the machine.
Place the device horizontally on the oor, and put the
Styropor pad of the packaging underneath the splitting
wedge side. Assemble the wheels on the wheel axis of
the stand. Assembly description see page 132.
For technical reasons of packaging, the supporting leg
(6) and the handle (5) must be tted by the customer.
Supporting leg – 2 hexagon bolts M6 x 16 with nut
Handle – 2 hexagon socket screws M6 x 16 with nut
Place the device horizontally on the oor, and put the
Styropor pad of the packaging underneath the splitting
wedge side.
Setup
Prepare the workplace where the machine is to be
placed. Ensure su󰀩cient room to allow safe work with-
out malfunctions.
The machine is designed to operate on a level surface
and must be placed securely on rm, level ground.
Please make sure your scheppach machine is placed
rmly on stable plain ground.
m Electrical connections
Regularly check the electrical connection lines for dam-
ages. Please make sure that the connection lines are
disconnected from the mains supply during the check.
Electrical connection lines must meet the applicable
VDE and DIN regulations and the provisions of the local
power supply company. Only use connection lines la-
beled with H07RN. The labeling of the connection cable
with the type specication is required.
Transport
Transport au moyen d’un chariot à fourche/chariot
élévateur:
Pour l’expédition, la machine est bien xée sur une pa-
lette au moyen de sangles. La machine est protégée par
un carton.
Au minimum 2 personnes doivent retirer la machine du
carton.
La machine peut être transpore en position inclinée
sur les roues. Utiliser la poignée de manutention, sou-
lever et tirer.
Conditions de stockage : emplacement sec et recouvert
d’un toit, humidité maximale de l’air 80 %, températures
entre -20°C et +60°C.
Montage
Pour des raisons techniques de conditionnement, le
châssis doit être monté par le client.
Pour ce faire, utiliser les vis à tête hexagonale M6 x 16
fournies avec des écrous.
Retirer l’enjoliveur et démonter les roues. Raccorder les
di󰀨érentes pièces du châssis entre elles et à la machine.
Pour ce faire, placer lappareil à l’horizontale au sol et
glisser dessous, côté coin de fendage, le rembourrage
de polystyrène de l’emballage. Monter les roues sur les
axes de roue du châssis. Pour obtenir des instructions
de montage, voir la page 132
Pour des raisons techniques d’emballage, il faut que le
client monte lui-me le pied de support (6) et la poi-
gnée (5).
Pied de support 2 boulons hexagonaux M6 x 16 avec
écrou Poignée – 2 boulons à 6 pans creux M6 x 16 avec
écrou Mettre lappareil sur un plan horizontal et le caler
par le côté du coin à fendre à l’aide du rembourrage de
polystyrène expansé de l’emballage.
Mise en place
Veillez à ce que votre machine soit placée sur un sol plat
et stable et qu’elle soit équipée d’un éclairage su󰀩sant.
Veillez à ce qu’il y ait su󰀩samment despace pour garan-
tir un travail sûr et sans défaut avec la machine.
m Branchement électrique
Vérier gulièrement l‘état des lignes de branchement
électrique. Débrancher d‘abord le cordon d‘alimentation!
Les lignes de branchement électrique doivent corres-
pondre aux prescriptions VDE et DIN correspondantes.
Utiliser uniquement des lignes de branchement élec-
trique avec la caractérisation H 07 RN.
Une inscription du type sur le câble de branchement est
obligatoire.
