Coupes à 90° Fig. 6-7

1 Desserrez la vis étoile (C).

2 Placez le gabarit de coupe transversale (6) à 90° et

resserrez la vis étoile (C).

3 Serrez la vis à ailettes (D) pour xer le gabarit de

coupe transversale (6). (Fig. 6)

4 Poussez la tête de la machine (1) vers l’arrière au

niveau de la poignée (11).

5 Placez le carreau contre le rail de butée (7) au niveau

du gabarit de coupe transversale.

6 À l’aide de la poignée (11), appuyez sur la tête de la

machine (1) à la profondeur de coupe souhaitée et

xez à nouveau la tête.

7 Activez le coupe carrelage. Attention : Attendez que

l’eau de refroidissement ait atteint le disque à tron-

çonner (10).

8 À l’aide de la poignée (11), tirez vers l’avant la tête

de la machine (1) à travers le carreau à un rythme

lent et régulier.

9 Une fois la coupe terminée, arrêtez le coupe carrelage.

Coupe diagonale à 45° (Fig.8)

1 Réglez la butée d’angle (6) à 45°.

2 Procédez à la coupe en suivant les indications sus-

mentionnées.

Coupe longitudinale à 45° (Fig.9)

1 Desserrez la vis de poignée étoile (E) des deux côtés.

2 Inclinez le rail de guidage (8) vers la gauche à 45° de

l’équerre (18).

3 Resserrez la vis de poignée étoile (E).

4 Procédez à la coupe en suivant les indications.

Operation

90° cuts Fig.6-7

1 Loosen the star screw (C)

2 Set the transverse cutting gauge (6) to 90° and re-

tighten the star screw.

3 Tighten the wing screw (D) to x the transverse cut-

ting gauge (6) into position. (Fig.6)

4 Use the handle (11) to push the machine head (1)

backwards.

5 Place the tile on the stop rail (7) on the transverse

cutting gauge.

6 Use the handle (11) to push the machine head (1)

to the required cutting depth and x the machine

head again.

7 Switch on the tile cutter. Attention: Wait until the cool-

ing water has reached the cutting wheel (10).

8 Use the handle (11) to pull the machine head (1)

slowly and evenly forwards through the tile.

9 Switch the cutting wheel off again once you have

nished cutting.

45° diagonal cut (Fig. 8)

1 Set the angled stop (6) to 45°

2 Perform cutting as described above.

45° longitudinal cut (Fig. 9)

1 Loosen the star knob screw (E) on both sides

2 Angle the guide rails (8) 45° to the left on the angle

scale (18).

3 Re-tighten the star knob screw (E) on both sides.

4 Perform cutting as described.
