Avant la mise en service
Remplacez des disques diamant ssurés.
Familiarisez-vous avec votre machine. Prenez
connaissance de votre application et de ses limites,
mais aussi des dangers potentiels spéciques.
Vériez avec soin que la machine n’est pas endom-
magée pour assurer qu’elle puisse fournir le rende-
ment prévu. En cas de doutes, remplacez la pièce
concernée.
Assurez-vous que l’interrupteur soit sur ARRÊT (AUS)
avant de brancher le connecteur dans la prise.
Assurez-vous que la machine ait bien été nettoyée
et lubriée.
Avant la mise en service, vériez que certaines pièces
de la machine ne sont pas endommagées et vériez
sicelles-ci fonctionnent convenablement et rem-
plissent la fonction prévue.
Vériez l’alignement de toutes les pièces mobiles, de
toutes les pièces brisées ou des attaches, et toutes
les conditions pouvant affecter le bon fonctionnement.
Toute pièce endommagée doit immédiatement être
réparée ou remplacée par un spécialiste.
Ne pas utiliser la machine si un interrupteur ne fonc-
tionne pas correctement.
Fonctionnement
Placez la machine sur une surface plane et stable.
Vériez que la tension sur la plaque signalétique cor-
respond à la tension présente avant de brancher le
connecteur dans la prise de courant.
Le disque doit pouvoir fonctionner de manière libre
avant la mise en marche.
Attention: Le disque doit toujours être refroidi avec de
l’eau.
Attention: Le disque fonctionne de manière décalée.
Ne pas freiner le disque par pression latérale.
Le carter moteur peut être chaud lors de l’utilisation
normale.
Ne pas forcer la machine ou les accessoires pour ef-
fectuer les travaux d’une plus grande machine indus-

Any use beyond the one specied will be treated as im-
proper. The manufacturer will not be liable for damages

Before start-up
Replace cracked diamond cutting discs.
Get to know your machine. Familiarize yourself with
its use and its restrictions, but also with the specic
potential risks.
Check the machine carefully for damages to ensure
that it is able to achieve the intended output. In case
of doubt, please replace the concerned component.
Ensure that the switch is on Off, before inserting the
power plug into the mains socket.
Ensure that the machine is cleaned and lubricated
properly.
Before start-up, check the machine for damaged parts
and nd out whether these parts are working properly
and performing their dened function.
Check the alignment of all moving parts, all broken
or fastening parts, and all other conditions that can
affect smooth operation. Each damaged part should
be repaired or replaced by a technician immediately.
Do not use the machine if a switch cannot be activat-
ed/deactivated correctly.
Operation
Install the machine on an even, slide-proof oor.
Check that the voltage on the nameplate matches the
existing voltage; connect the power plug to the mains
power supply only thereafter
The cutting disc should be free to run before the ma-
chine is switched on.
Caution: Cutting disc must always be cooled with water.
Caution: Cutting disc runs with a time lag.
Do not break the cutting disc by applying pressure at the
sides.
Under normal use conditions, the motor casing can
become hot.
Do not use force on the machine or on an accessory
to achieve the performance of a bigger Industrial ma-
chine. It does a better job at the output for which it is
