Ne xez pas le rayon laser des yeux sans protection.
Ne regardez jamais directement dans le faisceau des
rayons.
Le rayon laser ne doit jamais être dirigé sur des sur-
faces réverbérantes, ni sur des animaux ou per-
sonnes. Même un rayon laser de faible puissance peut
occasionner des dommages aux yeux.
Attention - si vous procédez d’autres manières que
celles indiquées ici, cela peut entraîner une exposition
dangereuse au rayon.
N’ouvrez jamais le module du laser.
Lorsque l’appareil n’est pas employé pendant une pé-
riode prolongée, il est préférable d’en retirer les piles.
Le laser ne doit pas etre echange contre un autre type
de laser.
Les reparations du laser ne peuvent etre effectuees
que par le fabricant du laser ou un representant auto-
rise.
m Consignes de sécurité
Il peut être dangereux de travailler avec le coupe carre-
lage si les procédures de travail sécuritaire et adéquat
ne sont pas observées. Si les mesures de sécurité habi-
tuelles ne sont pas respectées, cela peut entraîner des
blessures de l’utilisateur. Les dispositifs de sécurité tels
que les dispositifs de protection, les lunettes de protec-
tion, les masques anti-poussière et les protège oreilles
peuvent réduire les potentiels risques de lésions corpo-
relles. Même la meilleure protection ne peut pas pallier
une mauvaise évaluation, l’inattention ou la négligence.
Toujours utiliser votre bon sens et rester prudent dans
l’atelier. Lorsqu’une opération vous paraît dangereuse, il

and persons or animals. Even a laser beam with a low
output can cause damage to the eyes.
Caution - methods other than those specied here can
result in dangerous radiation exposure.
Never open the laser module. Unexpected exposure to
the beam can occur.
If the machine is not used for an extended period of
time, the batteries should be removed.
The laser may not be replaced with a different type of
laser.
Repairs of the laser may only be carried out by the la-
ser manufacturer or an authorised representative.

Working with the tile-cutting machine can be risky, if
safe and correct work procedures are not followed. Not
observing the customary safety measures can lead to
physical injuries to the operators. Safety equipment such
as protective goggles, dust masks and ear protection
can reduce the risks of possible injury. Even the best
possible protection however, cannot match incorrect as-
sessment, carelessness or negligence. Always use your
healthy common sense and caution in the workshop.
If you feel an operation is risky, do not try it out. Think
about an alternative method which feels safer. Think of
the following: Your physical integrity is your personal re-
sponsibility.
