angular tube into the cross-cutting guide. Clamp the
cross-cutting guide with washer 8 and the hand wheel.
With the hex bolt in the rectangular tube, adjust the
swivel component at a right angle to the saw blade.
Noise parameters
The noise emission values at the work place, determined
according to EN 23746 (acoustic power levels) and EN
31202 (acoustic pressure levels) with a correction factor
k3 calculated according to appendix A.2 of EN 31204,
based on operating conditions listed in ISO 7904,
appendix A, are:
bsh 400
Acoustic power level in dB
Idling L
WA
= 93.9 dB(A) Operating L
WA
= 101.8 dB(A)
Acoustic pressure level in dB
Idling L
pAeq
= 79.7 dB(A) Operating L
pAeq
= 91.3 dB(A)
bsh 500
Acoustic power level in dB
Idling L
WA
= 100.7 dB(A) Operating L
WA
= 108.3 dB(A)
Acoustic pressure level in dB
Idling L
pAeq
= 88.3 dB(A) Operating L
pAeq
= 95.8 dB(A)
A measuring uncertainty coef cient (K = 4 dB) applies to
the emission values listed above.
Dust emmision parameters
The dust emmision parameters, measured according to the
principles for measuring dust emmisions (concentration
parameter) for woodworking machines speci ed by the
German wood professional committee, are below 2 mg/m
3
.
Dust emmissions can therefore be continuously kept
within the range allowed under currently valid German
regulations by connecting the machine to a vacuum ex-
haust system with an air ow speed of at least 20 m/s.
