Réglage de la butée pour le dressage
Lors du dressage du bois, le matériau sortant à gauche
de la fraise (sortie 3 B) est plus mince que le matériau
sur le côté droit (entrée 3 A).
La barre de butée gauche doit être réglée pour s’adapter
au matériau plus mince. Cela sert à étayer le matériau
et permet une découpe plus précise.

Pour déplacer les barres de butée en avant et en arrière,
desserrer les deux vis de serrage (e).
Déplacer la barre de butée en avant jusqu’à ce que la
distance vers l’avant corresponde à l’épaisseur de du
matériau à enlever. Si 2 mm, par exemple, sont enlevés
sur la pièce à usiner, la barre de butée gauche doit dé-
passer de 2 mm de la barre de guidage droite.

Insérer une pièce d’écartement de la bonne épaisseur
entre la barre de butée et la butée arrière pour la main-
tenir en position.
Resserrer les deux vis de serrage (e).
Installation et réglage des barres de pression
Les barres de pression (5) sont construites de façon à
retenir la pièce à usiner sur place et à servir de disposi-
tif anti-retour.
Pour fixer les barres de pression, introduire deux vis
dans le côté arrière de la butée et les pousser par les
fentes de barre de pression.
Placer une rondelle à l’extrémité de chaque vis et posi-
tionner les vis de serrage
Pour monter la barre de pression, passer une vis par le
fond de chaque côté de la planche à ressorts.
Placer une rondelle sur les deux vis, suivie des vis de
serrage (4).
Serrer légèrement les vis de serrage de la barre de pres-
sion.

Positionner la barre de pression au-dessus de la table
porte-pièce et passer deux vis par les deux fentes dans
la table.

Tirer la barre de pression légèrement vers la gauche et
serrer les vis de serrage pour retenir la barre de pression
en place.
Réglage du calibre de découpe en biais
Le calibre de découpe en biais (8) glisse horizontale-
ment le long de la table pour effectuer des découpes de
rectification et des coupes de biais.
Pour régler le calibre de découpe en biais sur l’angle
souhaité, desserrer le bouton de verrouillage (7) du ca-
libre et tourner sur l’angle souhaité compris entre 60°
- 0 – 60°
Resserrer le bouton de verrouillage du calibre de dé-
coupe en biais (7).
Adjust the rabbet for error
Error from wood is the material from wood left from the
drill exiting (exit 3 B, more thinly than the material, on
the right side (entrance 3 A).
The left stop bar must be adjusted to the thinner ma-
terial. This serves the supporting of the material and
secures a more exact cut.

In order to move the stop bars forward and backwards,
loosen the two clamping screws (e).
Move the stop bar forward until the distance corre-
sponds to the strength of the material which can be
removed forward. If you remove 2 mm, for example,
from the work piece, the left stop bar should extend 2
mm over the right guide rail.

Insert a spacer of a suitable thickness between stop bar
and the rear rabbet in order to hold it in position.
Tighten the two clamping screws (E) again.
Installing and adjusting the pressure limits
The pressure limits (5) are designed so that the work
piece is held on the spot and setback is avoided.
For fastening the pressure limits, insert two screws
at the back of the rabbet and then push them in the
slots.
Put a shim to the end of each screw and then place the
clamp
In order to install the lower pressure border, lead a
screw into the body of each side of the feather/spring
board.
Put a shim on both screws, followed of the clamping
screws (4).
Tighten the clamping screws of the pressure border eas-
ily.

Place the pressure borders over the work bench and lead
two screws between the two slots in the work bench.

Pull the pressure border easily to the left and tighten
the clamping screws in order to hold the pressure bor-
der on the spot.
Adjust the Cross-cutting jig
Slide horizontal along the table the cross-cutting jig (8)
in order to implement clean up error and mitre cuts.
In order to stop the jig at the desired angle, loosen the
locking knob (7) of the cross-cutting jig and turn this to
the desired angle between 60° - 0 - 60°
Tighten the locking knob of the jig (7) again.
