Réglage de vitesse de rotation Fig. 13

Le réglage de la vitesse de rotation de la machine com-

porte 6 vitesses (voir caractéristiques techniques)

• Déterminer la vitesse de rotation optimale en effectuant

une découpe de test sur un pièce de déchet.

Attention : L’utilisation de la vitesse de rotation correcte

prolonge la durée de vie de la fraise. Elle affecte égale-

ment la surface travaillée sur la pièce à usiner.

Réglage de la butée

• La butée doit être réglée sur la taille de la pièce à usiner

et de l’outil de fraisage.

• Desserrer les deux vis de serrage (b) sur le côté arrière

de la butée.

• Pousser la butée en arrière ou tirer vers l’avant dans

la position souhaitée. Utiliser l’échelle (c) sur la table

pour déterminer la distance entre la butée et le centre

de la fraise.

• Resserrer les deux vis de serrage (b) sur le côté arrière

pour retenir la butée dans cette position.

Adjustments

Adjust the number of revolutions Fig. 13

The speed adjustment of the machine has 6 stages (see

technical data)

• Determine the optimal number of revolutions by a sam-

ple cut in a piece of waste material.

Note: The use of the correct number of revolutions in-

creases the life-span of the drill. It, also, affects the

worked surface of the work piece.

Adjust the rabbet

• The rabbet is to be stopped to the size of the work piece

and the milling tool.

• Loosen the two clamping screws (B) at the back of the

rabbet.

• Push the rabbet to the rear or forward of the desired po-

sition. Use scale (C) on the table in order to determine

the distance and take note of the drill centre.

• Tighten the two clamping screws (B) at the back again

in order to hold the rabbet in this position.
