3.1 Remplacement de la lame
Retirer la plaquette-lumière (2).
Retenir l’arbre, démonter la flasque (3)
Nettoyer soigneusement les faces d’appui.
Monter la lame en veillant à l’orientation des dents.
Remettre en place les éléments de serrage (4).
3.2 Montage et réglage du couteau diviseur
La hauteur de l’ensemble protecteur, couteau diviseur, doit être
réglée de sorte que le protecteur recouvre la lame jusqu’au fond
des dents.
Approcher le couteau diviseur jusqu’à quelques mm de la lame
et bloquer les vis (5).
Remettre en place la plaquette-lumière.
Le couteau diviseur évite le resserrage du bois sur la lame et la
cape protectrice évite le rejet brutal de la pièce vers l’opérateur (6).

3.1 Remplacement of the saw blade
Remove the table insert (2).
Block the spindle with current sawing tool; remove the flange (3)
(clean carefully when reassembling).
Note the direction of the teeth when replacing the saw blade.
Put on place the various connection elements (4).
3.2 Montage und Einstellung des Spaltkeils
Flanschbecken mit Schlüssel lösen, Spaltkeil einschieben. Spaltkeil
ausrichten und darauf achten, daß der Abstand zum Sägeblatt von ca.
3 mm eingehalten wird (5).
Spaltkeil gut festschrauben.
Der Spaltkeil vermeidet das Einklemmen des Holzes auf dem
Sägeblatt und die Schutzhaube vermeidet den schnellen Rückstoß
des Holzes gegen die Betriebsperson (6).
3.2 Assembling and adjusting of the riving knife
Loosen the flange base with a wrench and insert the riving knife
Adjust it and be sure to maintain a distance of approx. 3 mm from the
saw blade (5). Securely fasten the riving knife wedge with screws. The
riving knife prevents the wood from getting close to the blade and
the protection cover prevents the part from being suddenly projected
onto the operator (6).
3.1 Ersetzung des Sägeblatts
Tischeinlage herausnehmen (2).
Die Welle mit dem vorhandenen Werkzeug blockieren, Flansche
abnehmen (3).
Auageächen sorgfältig reinigen.
Beim wiedereinbau auf die richtige Zahnrichtung des Sägeblatts
achten.
Die verschiedenen Elemente in umgekehrte Richtung des Ab-
baues wieder einbauen (4).

Nota : en cas de détérioration du poussoir (1A), celui-ci doit
impérativement être remplacé.
Bemerkung: Im Fall von Beschädigung des Schiebestocks muss
dieser unbedingt ersetzt werden.
NB. In case of deterioration of the pushing stick (1A), this one has
to be replaced.
