HIGH AND VARIABLE POWER COOKING
This basic microwave cooking
method allows you to cook
food for a desired time. In
addition to the maximum power
level, you can select different
microwave power from 5 other
levels, 80W to 750W for the
foods that require slower
cooking.
Foods with high moisture
content should be cooked on
maximum power, as this is the
fastest cooking method and
best maintains the natural
flavour and texture of the
foods.
Manual Defrosting
For manual defrosting (without
using Auto Defrost features),
use 150W. To speed up the
defrosting of dense foods over
450g (1Ib), the oven may start
on full power for 1-3 minutes,
then be reduced to 150W until
defrosting is complete.
