7. Funzionamento
Collocare la bilancia su un pavimento piano e solido (non su un tappeto); un rivestimento solido del
pavimento è il presupposto per una misurazione corretta.
Misurazione solo peso
Premere il pulsante „ON“. Sul display compare la scritta „8888“ (fig. 1), quindi viene
visualizzato il valore „0.0“ (fig. 2).
Ora la bilancia è pronta per misurare il peso. Salire sulla bilancia. Rimanere fermi ri-
partendo uniformemente il peso sui due piedi. La bilancia inizia immediatamente la
misurazione.
Misurazione del peso, diagnosi
• Premere il pulsante „ON“. Sul display compare la scritta „8888“ (fig. 1), quindi viene
visualizzato il valore „0.0“ (fig. 2).
• Con i pulsanti
o selezionare la memoria utente nella quale sono archiviati i pro-
pri dati personali e confermare con „SET“. Gli ultimi valori di misurazione vengono
visualizzati in sequenza fino al valore „0.0“.
• Se non sono stati salvati valori di misurazione, viene visualizzato „----“.
• Salire a piedi nudi sulla bilancia e prestare attenzione a rimanere fermi ripartendo
uniformemente il peso sui due elettrodi in acciaio inox.
Avvertenza: fra i piedi, le gambe, i polpacci e le cosce non deve esserci nessun
contatto.
In caso contrario la misurazione non potrà essere eseguita correttamente.
La bilancia avvia subito la misurazione. Inizialmente viene indicato il peso.
Durante la misurazione degli altri parametri viene visualizzato un triangolino sul lato in basso a sinistra del
display (fig. 3).
Qualche attimo dopo viene visualizzato il risultato (fig. 4).
Vengono visualizzati i seguenti indicatori:
1. Indicatore:
a. peso in kg (lb, st)
b. % di grasso corporeo con interpretazione „BF“
c. % di acqua corporea
2. Indicatore:
a. % di muscoli
b. massa ossea in kg
c. metabolismo di attività in Kcal
Spegnimento della bilancia
Dopo circa 10 secondi la bilancia si spegne automaticamente.
Per spegnere manualmente, premere il pulsante „ON“.
8. Valutazione dei risultati
Percentuale di grasso corporeo
La valutazione della massa grassa è nella parte inferiore del display. I valori del grasso corporeo in % ri-
portati qui sotto sono indicativi (per ulteriori informazioni rivolgersi al proprio medico!)
