Hjemmelavet pizza
Ingredienser Pizzadej: 300 g mel, 7 g tørgær, 1 spsk olivenolie, 200 ml varmt vand,
1 spsk sukker og salt
Topping: 400 g grøntsag i skiver (aubergine, courgette, løg, tomat),
100 g skinke eller bacon (hakket), 100 g revet ost
Vejledning Kom mel, gær, olie, salt, sukker og varmt vand i en skål og bland til en
fugtig dej. Ælt i en røremaskine eller i hånden ca 5-10 min. Dæk til med
låg og sæt i ovnen i 30 minutter ved 35 °C for at hæve. Rul dejen ud på
en meldrysset overade til en rektangelform og læg den på bagepladen
eller pizzapladen. Fordel tomatpuréen på dejen og læg skinke,
champignon, oliven og tomat. Drys jævnt med ost på toppen og bag.
Ovnstegt oksesteg
Ingredienser 1 kg okselet, 5 g salt, 1 g peber, 3 g hver rosmarin, timian
Vejledning Krydr oksekødet med salt, peber og rosmarin og lad det stå i køleskabet i
1 time. Sæt risten på. Sæt det i ovnen og tilbered.
Urtestegte lammekoteletter
Ingredienser 1 kg lammekoteletter (6 stykker), 4 store fed hvidløg (pressede), 1 spsk
frisk timian (knust), 1 spsk frisk rosmarin (knust), 2 spsk salt, 2 spsk
olivenolie
Vejledning Bland salt, hvidløg, krydderurter og olie og tilsæt lammet. Vend til for at
dække og lad stå ved stuetemperatur i mindst 30 minutter til 1 time.
Ribbenssteg
Ingredienser 2 rækker svinekød-spareribs, 1 spsk sorte peberkorn, 3 laurbærblade,
1 løg (hakket), 3 fed hvidløg (hakket), 85 g brun farin, 3 spsk
Worcestershire sauce, 2 spsk tomatpuré, 2 spsk olivenolie
Vejledning Lav en barbecuesauce. Varm olie op i en gryde og tilsæt løg. Tilbered
indtil det er blødt og tilsæt de resterende ingredienser. Steg og reducer
varmen og lad det simre i 30 minutter, indtil det er tyknet. Marinér
ribben med barbecuesaucen i mindst 30 min. til 1 time.
