Prob leem/oplossing melk opschuimen
Het opschuimproces start niet.
- Controleer of de watertank correct is geplaatst. Vul de tank met water als hij leeg is.
- Controleer het stoompijpje op blokkades en zorg ervoor dat het stoompijpje naar
beneden hangt.
De kwaliteit van het melkschuim
voldoet niet.
- Gebruik gepasteuriseerde volle of halfvolle melk op koelkasttemperatuur (rond 4-6
°C). Verse melk komt de kwaliteit van het melkschuim ten goede.
- Controleer de melkschuim-instellingen.
- Gebruik de melkkan die bij de machine hoort.
- Reinig de melkkan en het stoompijpje na elk gebruik.
- Reinig het stoompijpje. Ga naar het Onderhoud-menu.
- Selecteer Stoompijp schoonmaken en volg de aanwijzingen op het scherm.
De stoom is erg nat.
- Gebruik koud drinkwater. Gebruik geen sterk gefilterd, gedemineraliseerd of
gedistilleerd water.
De melk loopt over.
- Vul de melkkan met een geschikte hoeveelheid melk.
- Het minimumniveau staat aangegeven op de binnen- en buitenkant van de melkkan.
- Het maximumniveau staat aangegeven op de binnen- en buitenkant van de melkkan.
- Verminder de hoeveelheid melk en/of het schuimniveau. Dit varieert per melksoort.
De temperatuur van de melk is te hoog.
- Gebruik de melkkan die bij de machine hoort.
- Controleer of de melkkan correct op de temperatuursensor is geplaatst.
- Controleer of de temperatuursensor in het lekbakje schoon is.
- Zet de melktemperatuur op een lagere stand.
De temperatuur van de melk is niet heet
genoeg.
- Verwarm het kopje voor.
- Gebruik de melkkan die bij de machine hoort.
- Controleer of de melkkan correct op de temperatuursensor is geplaatst.
- Zet de melktemperatuur op een hogere stand.
- Controleer het stoompijpje op blokkades.
De melding 'Doe de stoompijp omlaag'
verschijnt op het scherm.
- Zorg ervoor dat het stoompijpje naar beneden hangt.
De melding 'Stoompijp schoonmaken'
verschijnt op het scherm.
- Reinig het stoompijpje. - Ga naar het Onderhoud-menu. Selecteer Stoompijp schoonmaken en volg de
aanwijzingen op het scherm.
